    I offer private and group sessions with evidence-based training, nutrition support, and accountability. Prefer to stay home? I can write you an at-home program or bring equipment to you for an added fee.

    What’s included:

    • 1-on-1 personalized sessions tailored to your goals OR small group training with your friends

    • Coaching on proper form, technique, and safe progression

    • Optional nutrition consulting available

    Rates:

    One-on-One: $65/session

    • 4-week pack (twice a week/8 sessions) = $468 (10% off)

    • 4-week pack (3x/week/12 sessions) = $660 (15% off)

    Semi-Private Training:

    • 2 people: $50/person/session

    • 3 people: $40/person/session

      Great as a supplement to your main training program or a standalone kickstart.

  • Offering private and group tennis lessons for kids and adults in Bellville, Sealy, Brenham, and nearby Texas areas! Little ones enjoy fun games with ladders, targets, and engaging drills, while advanced players can book traditional skill-building or focused hitting sessions.

    • $65/hour for private 1:1 lessons

    • +$20 per additional person for small group sessions. For groups 4+ that additional person price drops down to $10!

    • All ages and skill levels welcome! I also offer shorter lessons for the little ones!

    • Coaching available up to USTA 3.5 level

  • Nutrition Support – $49/month

Hannah is a certified fitness trainer, bodybuilder and 4.0-ranked competitive tennis player with experience across high-performance gyms, bodybuilding-style training facilities, tennis centers and at-home client settings. She’s coached a wide range of clients - from pre/postnatal and menopausal women, to young and advanced and athletes. After five years of studying fitness and working professionally in the industry, I’ve learned that real change comes from more than just doing “the right workouts.”

I specialize in correcting down to the micro-movement by noticing small misalignments, compensations, and nuances others often miss; so that clients can train efficiently, safely and intentionally. I am experienced in modifying movements in real time for all kinds of bodies - including those dealing with injuries, chronic conditions, menopause, or pre/postnatal recovery. I don’t just follow a program; I tailor each session to your experience. I’m passionate about asking the right questions, offering real accountability, and empowering people to become active participants in their own wellness.

We’ll train with precision and return often to your internal why; so your results are not just physical, but transformational.
